The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the pull-out couch was perfect for my kids, ensuring they had space to sleep comfortably. The pool area looked inviting, even though we didn't get to use it.

Staying here was a huge mistake. Rude reception staff, unclean rooms, and a complete lack of service during dinner, even when I was too ill to come downstairs. The shuttle service was misleading as well, leading to more frustration. This hotel falls short of Hyatt’s standards in every aspect. Avoid at all costs!

The pool was a lifesaver for our kids, and the food at the restaurant was top notch, especially the waffles! Definitely exceeded our expectations for an airport hotel.
